After Clã, it’s now time for Deolinda, an upcoming portuguese band, to play at the Teatro Aveirense, in Aveiro. It’s happening October 17, and of course I already have front-line tickets.

And I scored some tickets just in the nick of time. Clã will be playing tonight at the Teatro Aveirense, in Aveiro, at about 21:30. Clã got together in 1992, and in 1995 their debut album LusoQUALQUERcoisa hit the stores. The lead singer, Manuela Azevedo also collaborated with the Humanos project, a band who set itself apart by releasing previously unreleased material by António Variações.
Tonight though, the concert is all about Cintura, Clã’s latest album, which, by the way, I keep in my iPod at all times. The sound is very playful and naive, and the lyrics are (more often than not) really really good. A must see!
